​Holiday Season Shipments:   

Throughout November and December, you may experience delays due to holidays and shipping carriers requiring additional time to deliver your package and an influx of orders. 

Rest assured, our team is working around the clock to ensure we package and process all orders as quickly as possible!

Multiple Orders: 

If you place multiple orders, they will be shipped in separate packages. To ensure you receive your packages as quickly as possible, we are unable to edit orders and combine them into one package. Standard shipping rates will apply.

​Missing Packages – Domestic Shipments:

At times, shipping carriers may mark a package as delivered, but will deliver it at a later date. Typically, carriers can take up to an additional 5 business days after it has been marked delivered. 

​If your package has not arrived after waiting 5 business days, please reach out to our Customer Service Team.


​Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

Yes, however transit can take up to 30-45 days business days. 

​Incorrect Address:

Once an order is processed for shipment, we are unable to adjust the shipping address. 
We recommend reaching out to the respective shipping carrier, USPS or FedEx, to redirect your package or hold your order at a location near you:
